Network Upgrade
In preparation for the launch of Campus Clouds (uLyfe v2) we will be performing network maintenance which will include the addition of new servers and reconfiguring of existing servers. Our front-end website servers, platform servers, and database servers will be consolidated to a central location in San Antonio, TX at one of the RackSpace data centers.
Users should not experience any down time or loss of data however there is a chance for the loss of functionality, for instance not being able to upload a photo. If users experience any such issues we encourage contacting us immediately via email at support@ulyfe.com with the email you use to log in and the nature of the bug you are experiencing so that we can address such issues as soon as possible.
Campus Clouds is slated for release in early January in anticipation for the Spring semester.

We also anticipate an Open Source release of the core of our platform which will be the first Social Networking Engine of it's kind allowing users to create their own out-of-the-box social-network style websites.

- Single account type-structure
- Unlimited "Pages" for organizations, businesses and now classes
- Several user-reported issues with calendars and member management have been fixed
- Log in/Register through Facebook Connect using your Facebook credentials
- Easier 1-step registration process
- Enhanced usage of the cloud for content delivery, storage and backup utilizing Amazon S3
- All component/features will have updated designs, new functionality and organizational structures
- Campus News has been integrated into the Campus Wall
- Customize content such as important links, address and contact information
- Add semester dates
- Customize the look of a Community
- Moderate News Sources
- Moderate the Campus Wall
- Moderate visibility of individual Pages (organizations, businesses and classes)
- Authenticate Registered Student Organizations

UniversityLyfe becomes AER Certified!
UniversityLyfe has become a certified Authorized Education Reseller and will be working on relationships this winter with distributors to be able to sell, at discounted pricing, volume and individual licensing for Microsoft software to higher education institutions and students through our anticipated store Clouds & Apps store coming next spring!
